Waving the Brunei Flag : National Day Celebration

Joyful Kids Montessori School celebrated an important event of Brunei last 25th of February. The National Day of Brunei is celebrated every 23rd of February which is Public Holiday. As for us, we celebrated it in school at a later date.
Teacher Adiba, our activity coordinator, has explained to our young ones the importance of this event to the Bruneians. She has shown our kids facts about the country and what is Brunei like in the early years. The kids also made a collage in relation to the event and to Brunei.
Our children were gathered outdoors to sing the Brunei National Anthem and to experience a parade around the school grounds. Each of them was given a flag to wave while marching around the playground.
