Excitement and Joy reflected in the eyes of our little montessorians when they saw the seeds that they planted a week ago has sprouted. To continue our Plant Project Activity, the kids planted these sprouts to styrofoam boxes where it has more soil and more room to grow.
A number of Capsicum and Pechay sprouts were planted and the kids added Ginger and Ten O’Clock flower to the variety.
Some of our kids had their first time to plant with their bare hands and their reactions touching the soil were priceless!
This is the school’s way to bring the kids closer to nature and that they will learn the need of giving care to our plants.
